Why Dot Pw and NOT Dot Com Domain

Do you know why I bought a .pw and not a .com domain?

Well it is simple, as praveen.com was already taken up by someone else, so it was not available.

Same issue with .net and other tldes too and only .pw was available.

You know Praveen is a very common Indian name, in fact there was around 4,59,00,000 google search results for the word “Praveen” when I did a search last time. So imagine the competition for Praveen.com, Praveen.net etc.

As .pw stands for Professional Web, it is a good fit for IT Professional like me.
